Our trade-in program makes upgrading your home cinema and hi-fi equipment seamless by letting you trade in your pre-loved gear for credit toward your next purchase.
We gladly accept home cinema equipment, hi-fi separates, amplifiers, source components, and loudspeakers from reputable brands. To get started, simply email us at info@cinehome.co.uk with details of your proposed trade-in and we will get back to you straight away. Our team will review your gear and offer a fair, competitive valuation based on current market trends.
To be eligible for this program, your equipment must be in full working order and must be sent to us in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept part exchange or trade in’s against ex-demonstration or second hand equipment under this program.
Once we agree on a value, you will need to send your goods by insured courier directly to our Cinehome store. Your trade-in credit will then be applied as a discount toward your new purchase, up to a maximum cap of 30% of the new item's total price.
This offer is valid for a single trade-in and upgrade transaction. We cannot offer cash alternatives or standalone gift cards.
